This document defines severe prohibitions against misuse of the Protejo system. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate legal and financial sanctions.

INTRODUCTION

The Protejo system is designed to protect children in the digital environment. The system handles extremely sensitive information about minors, therefore there are severe prohibitions against misuse or violation of privacy.
Purpose of this document: To clearly define the prohibitions, penalties, and legal protections to prevent misuse of the system.
SEVERE PROHIBITIONS

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a fundamental breach of the terms of use:
Prohibition of Screenshots or Recordings
It is strictly forbidden to photograph, record, save, or copy in any form the screens, content, messages, or information displayed in the Protejo system.
Prohibition of Social Media Sharing
It is forbidden to share, upload, publish, or display information from the system on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other social network.
Prohibition of Disclosure to External Parties
It is forbidden to show, share, or provide information from the system to family members, friends, acquaintances, lawyers, or any external party without explicit written authorization.
Prohibition of Use in Legal Proceedings
It is forbidden to use information from the system as evidence, support, or documentation in courts, with lawyers, police, or any legal proceeding without a court order.
Prohibition of Forgery or Manipulation
It is forbidden to change, edit, add, or remove content from the system, create false information, or present information in a misleading context.
Prohibition of Commercial Use
It is forbidden to use information from the system for commercial purposes, advertising, research, product development, or any purpose other than protecting the specific child.
PENALTIES AND SANCTIONS

Immediate Financial Penalty
Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate payment of fifty thousand US dollars ($50,000) as agreed and pre-assessed compensation.
Additional Sanctions:
• Immediate service termination without refund
• Permanent account blocking
• Prohibition from re-registration in the system
• Legal proceedings for damage recovery and costs
• Reporting to law enforcement in severe cases
USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user declares and undertakes:
• To use the system solely for the purpose of child protection
• To maintain complete confidentiality of all displayed information
• Not to disclose information to any party without explicit authorization
• To comply with all prohibitions detailed in this document
• To take full responsibility for any improper use
• To compensate Protejo for any damage caused due to violation
LEGAL PROTECTION FOR PROTEJO

• Protejo will not be liable for any damage caused by misuse
• The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for their actions
• Protejo is entitled to full compensation for reputation and damages
• All legal costs will be borne by the violating user
• Protejo may file lawsuits without limitation
EVIDENCE LIMITATIONS

Important to understand: Information in the Protejo system is not intended for use as legal evidence for the following reasons:
• The system is based on artificial intelligence that may produce inaccurate results
• Information is not verified or approved by a legal authority
• Conversation context may be misinterpreted by the system
• Information may be incomplete or missing
• The system does not meet forensic standards
Severe Legal Limitation
Using information from the system in legal proceedings without a court order constitutes a serious violation and will result in a lawsuit and $50,000 compensation.

Using the Protejo system constitutes explicit confirmation that I have read, understood, and accept all prohibitions, penalties, and obligations detailed in this document. I take full responsibility for all my actions in the system.
EFFECTIVE DATE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
This Misuse Protection Policy is effective as of January 25, 2026. By using our Services after this date, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the provisions of this Policy.
